Can I have your attention please

For the third and final part of the Females in FinTech series, we spoke with Danielle Cyrus - ARKK's Chief Customer Officer.

Dani has been at ARKK for roughly 8 years and during her time at the company has rapidly progressed through various positions to her current role as Chief Customer Officer.

 

She explains how in the early parts of her career she, unfortunately, found herself in situations where she wasn't given the respect that she deserved and explains ways that she was able to overcome those obstacles.

We heavily discussed the importance of education and how crucial it is in providing opportunities to young women to enter tech and other STEM fields.
