KVK reporting

Does it affect me?

Since 2016, micro and small legal entities have been required to submit financial statement electronically with the KVK using Standard Business Reporting (SBR) which is based in XBRL. This was extended to medium size entities in 2017 and large entities from 2025.

What do I need to do?

Companies must file their financial statements within 12 months of their financial year end, however you must file them with the KVK withing 8 days of adopting them.

Companies must file their accounts 12 months after their financial year end.
